End User License Agreement
Last updated: 2026-11-03
This agreement is between you and the owner of Fyslide for the macOS application and its Windows Beta, its local MCP server and its documentation (the “Software”).
1. Grant
With a valid license key, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the Software on one computer (Mac or Windows PC) that you own or control, for your own business or personal use. You may move the license to another computer by deactivating the first one in the license portal, up to 3 times in 12 months.
2. Restrictions
- No copying except for backup and installation, no modification, no reverse engineering or extraction of source code, except where the law allows it despite this clause.
- No resale, rental, sharing of keys or access, and no circumvention of the license check.
- No use that breaks the terms of the third-party services you connect (such as AI providers or Pinterest), or that infringes other people’s rights, including copyright in images.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not granted are reserved. Your own data (your library, designs, slideshows and exports) remains yours and is stored on your computer.
4. Third-party services
The Software can connect to AI providers you choose (Claude Code CLI, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Ollama, Anthropic API, OpenAI API), uses Google Chrome for rendering, can search Openverse and, optionally, Pinterest inside your own account. These are third parties chosen by you; your use of them is governed by their terms. The licensor grants no rights to third-party content.
5. License check
The Software contacts our license server to activate and to re-check your license. The app re-checks about once a week. If the server cannot be reached, it keeps working for 60 days after the last successful check; after that it asks you to connect to the internet. See the privacy policy for what is sent.
6. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is” within the limits of the law. AI-generated output may be wrong or unsuitable. See the terms for liability limits.
7. Suspension and revocation
The licensor reserves the right to revoke any license key and to deny access to the Software and the license servers, with or without notice, in special cases and in particular in case of fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes, abuse (for example key sharing or resale, excessive activations, attempts to circumvent the license check, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the license servers) or breach of this agreement. A revoked key can no longer be activated, and the Software locks itself at its next license check.
8. Updates and compatibility
Updates are provided at the licensor’s discretion. There is no guarantee of updates or continued maintenance, and no guarantee that the Software stays compatible with future macOS or Chrome versions or with third-party AI tools.
9. Termination
The license ends if you breach this agreement or if it is revoked as described above or in the terms. You then stop using the Software and delete it.
