Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds, except by court order or in special cases at the owner’s sole discretion, and except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

The download is free for everyone, and the docs and FAQ explain what the app does and what it needs (macOS or the Windows Beta, Google Chrome, an AI of your choice). Please read them and ask us questions before you buy. There is no trial because the app needs a license key to run.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. This does not apply to digital content that is delivered right away, once you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout we ask for exactly this consent. Your license key is delivered immediately after payment, so by giving the consent you lose the right of withdrawal.

Special cases

If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice, write to support@fyslide.com. Whether to refund in such a case is decided by the owner in each case. A refund that is granted ends the license: the key is revoked.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit legal rights that cannot be waived, for example if the Software is defective and we cannot fix it.

Chargebacks

Licenses that are charged back or disputed are revoked.
